No Credit or Financing Needed

No credit? No problem. All you need to get started is a source of income, a place of residence and a couple friends or family as references.

No Down-Payments

When you’ve decided on a rental, we’ll take care of the rest. You don’t need a down payment, just your first two weeks.

Flexible Payment Options

You tell us what method works best for you and we’ll make a payment schedule that fits your lifestyle and budget.

No Long-Term Obligation

Return your rental at any time with no questions, penalties or obligations. We ensure renting with us is always in your best interest.

90-120 Days Same As Cash

Want to own it faster and for less? If you pay off your rental within 90-120 days you only pay for the product cash price.

We’re proud to carry quality brand name products, and whenever possible Canadian brands and products designed to suit your needs and budget.

Free Same-Day Delivery & Set-Up

We provide free delivery and set up within our store regions, and in most cases we can deliver same day. Our courteous team will deliver your product, set it up how you want it and educate you on the features and functions.

Free Service & Support

If you require servicing or repairs on your rental we’ll be there to help at no extra charge – you won’t find that anywhere else. In addition to full service, we offer basic support on all products that we provide. We’re only a phone call away.

Free Loaners

For servicing and repairs, we’ll provide a loaner product where possible and available. We’ll do our best to provide a same or similar product. Ask your local manager for details.

Loyalty Programs

Our loyalty program allows you to earn Bonus Bucks which you can use to make payments on future products, or when you pay out your current product. Every payment you make on time, referring a friend and some special promotions will all help you rack up the Bonus Bucks faster! When your rental ends, we’re still here to support you. If you find you have the need of other products we’re only a phone call away.

Moving? We’ll help!

While you have an active rental with us, we’ll pick up and move your rental items for you, and set them up in your new home. See your local store manager for details.

Friendly Staff

Our staff members are enabled to help our customers to the best of our ability. The same staff you see in store will be the ones that deliver or pick up your product for service. We want to get to know you by name, and we hope you will feel the same way!

Every summer, we throw a special BBQ celebration for our customers. In addition, we hold various small events and giveaways through the year. By signing up to our newsletter, you’ll also get access to promotions and early bird specials!

LIABILITY & DAMAGE WAIVER

Coverage

We offer you peace of mind with our liability and damage waiver included on every rental (excluding e-bikes). You are covered in the event your rental is damaged, destroyed or lost through fire, smoke, flood, hurricanes or tornados, or theft. Ask your local manager for details.
